✨Magnesium is a popular sleep aid but did you know that it’s better absorbed into the skin rather than orally? Yep… it’s true! There are more benefits to using magnesium than just a good night sleep. This butter however is formulate for relaxation and a good night sleep with a blend of essential oils to relax you!
🌱Rub onto belly or bottom of feet 30 minutes before bed.
Start with 1/2 tsp and slowly over time work up to 1 tsp.

This amazingly hydrating face mask works while you sleep to intensely hydrate, strengthens skins moisture barrier, and nourishes the skin!
